WCBU FM 89.9 and WCBU.org is the public radio station based in Peoria, IL and serves the surrounding Tri-County area. WCBU was founded in 1970 and is based on the Bradley University campus. An NPR member station, WCBU also offers local news and music programs on air, on-line and via on-demand podcasts. In addition to our main channel, WCBU offers the Highway 309 music stream. WCBU2 is the station's HD service, offering classical music throughout the day. WCBU2 can be heard using HD radio receivers or online.
